We had the whole family (3 adult kids) converge in this beautiful, spacious house, coming from California, Michigan, Tennessee and Massachusetts... all the kids, significant others, and our grandkids! Not only is the kitchen a dream (lots of our family love to cook), but we got to barbecue fresh fish outside on the grill! And spectacular restaurants are just a block or two away... there is something for everyone. My wife and I even got a chance to go our hiking in one of the parks with our grandson... and we got to fly a kite on the beach on Christmas Day! Thank you!!

We have just returned from our 3rd visit to Rosemary Dreams, and each visit is better then the next. The location is perfect, the amenities are second to none, it could not have been designed any better to suit a large family for a vacation. We have stayed all over 30-A and there is no better house as far as our family is concerned. We will be back again as soon as possible. The pool is an excellent feature and we had it heated for our week, the rosemary community pool was super cold and crowded, it was great to have our own place to relax when not on the beach. Cant wait to go back!!!!!

Rosemary Dreams is the most "complete" beach house we have ever rented (and we've rented plenty). It has the most well appointed kitchen ever. The downstair open floor plan works especially well for our family of 6 adults and 2 small children. We can all be doing different things but can easily keep track of everyone else. The location of the home is excellent- we rarely use a car. Most everything we require is accessible by foot. The owner is very "hands-on" and can easily be contacted during your stay for any questions or problems that my arise. I highly recommend Rosemary Dreams- You Won't be Disappointed!

The house was everything we expected it to be. Open, clean and relaxing. The kids lived in the pool for 7 days while the adults enjoyed the great layout downstairs. Convenient to the RB pools, beach and town, we're already planning our next stay. The owner was responsive and timely.

This was our 4th consecutive year staying at Rosemary Dreams and we have every intention of continuing that. This is a perfect house for young kids who would probably rather be at the pool than the beach! Everything including the beach is a walkable distance even with young children. The house itself is spectacular with its gourmet kitchen and truly 2 master suites. The owner is very easy to work with and very accommodating with any small issue
