Polices Rules:
Cancellation of a confirmed reservation is required before 90-DAYS prior to check-in date in order to receive a refund. Please be advised that an administration fee of 10% of Total will be deducted from refund. Cancellation Policy is detailed in the contract we will ask you to execute to secure the booking.

Booking is confirmed once guest executes rental contract and contract and 50% payment are received.
